I originally qualified as a counsellor and extended my training to become an integrative psychotherapist with an MA from the Institute of Arts and Therapy in Education, London.
An integrative therapist works with a range of theoretical concepts tailored to meet the needs of the client including CBT, in the creative Humanistic approach.
I run Creative Arts Workshops in Kent on a regular basis within the communities I work to support well being and improve mental health.
I have over twenty years experience of working with children, adults and groups in clinical settings.
I supervise counsellors and psychotherapists both in training and also those that are qualified at my practice in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent.
I have experience of working as a lecturer and tutor on training courses. I ensure that I keep up to date with any changes in the industry and ensure my continual professional development by attending regular courses and conferences around the world.
